On Tuesday April 23, we have a couple of primaries in Pennsylvania for the US House of Representatives that bear watching.

BetOnline.ag has set odds for both elections…and the odds suggest that one will be close while the other will be a landslide.

The GOP race is the tight one.

Former President Donald Trump endorsed U.S. Senate candidate David McCormick on Saturday, urging his supporters in the state to “go out and vote for him”.  He's indeed the -115 favorite to win, but, again, it's a close one.

And it makes some degree of sense that Trump would back him.

He regularly claims on the campaign trail that “we are losing our country,” and routinely makes mention of the influx of migrants at the U.S.-Mexico border.

“What I’ve seen from the Joe Biden administration is scaring me, and we need to get our country back on track,” Mackenzie said.

PA-07 – Republican Primary Odds

Ryan Mackenzie            -115

Kevin Dellicker              +190

Maria Montero             +300

PA-10 - Democratic Primary Odds

Janelle Stelson              -1500

Shamaine Daniels          +600

Mike O’Brien                +3300

“While Daniels was the candidate in this district in 2022 and has some nice endorsements, it looks like she’s going to be blown away by a better-funded candidate with fame beyond politics," BetOnline political analyst and oddsmaker, Paul Krishnamurty, offered.

Of course nobody is betting -1500 on Stelson as the reward will be a few dollars, if that, with such a high risk.
