Our favorite plays this week are the Denver Broncos and Green Bay Packers in the Sunday night game.

The Chiefs-Packers game it's all about the line coming off the Chiefs -7 to -5.5 when all the action is on KC (75% or more).

We do get a number of 6.87 for the Chiefs.  There is no major edge for an accurate line with the 7/6.5/6/5.5 without going over the 7.  There is no edge with our model where underlays are concerned either.  This is all about an opinion we've detected where the books appear to believe Green Bay covers here.  If we had to guess, we'd say Chiefs by 4 or 5 points.

Our other play on Denver comes as a result of the wrong team being favored here.  Our number is Broncos 0.84.  When the line is 3/3.5 without going below the 3, our model gives the edge to the dog and a significant edge to the dog with the overlay since Houston is a -3 to -3.5 favorite.

The Broncos come into this game on a 5-win streak after starting the season slow.  They're now 6-5 and very much in the post season race.  The Texans are also 6-5 and winners of three of their last four.

Winners and Whiners also observed the following:

"The Broncos' defense has been outstanding in the winning streak. The defense has allowed 22 or fewer points in five consecutive games. The pass defense has been dominant. They held Josh Allen to 177 yards and Joshua Dobbs to 221 yards followed by only 180 passing yards against the Browns, all within their last three games. This is key as the Texans rely heavily on C.J. Stroud to generate offense. Stroud will have a big challenge in this one."

Round 2 NFL Draft Odds - 2024

Included below are Offensive and Defensive Rookie of the Year odds, will the Bills trade the first pick of the second round, who are the first picks at linebacker and running back.

Aiyuk-Deebo Trade Odds and ROY Shift

Xavier Worthy = Tyreek Hill 2.0?  Perhaps, and if that comes to fruition at any point in the future, the Bills only have themselves to blame.

J.J. McCarthy Drafted Number 3 Odds to Patriots

To be clear, the Michigan quarterback J.J. McCarthy is pretty certain to land in Minnesota.  But what if the New England Patriots shock us and pick McCarthy at Number 3 before the Vikings get their opportunity at No. 5?
