Churchill Downs, Wynn, Station Casinos Gets Seats on AGA Board

The American Gaming Association (AGA) announced three new seats to its board on Tuesday.  Among the new additions are Wynn Resorts, Station Casinos and Churchill Downs.

Station Casinos is behind the first ever licensed real money online poker site to operate from the US, Ultimate Poker.  The company currently operates within both Nevada and New Jersey but does not permit customers to play beyond those respective state borders.

Churchill Downs operates the legal horse betting site TwinSpires.com.  It accepts customers from the two dozen or so states where such activity is legal.

Churchill’s top in-house governmental affairs official, Brett Hale, was formerly on the AGA board.
