Texas A&M Odds for 2014, Predictions

The Texas A&M odds for 2014 were set at 77-1.  BetDSI.com was offering a number of futures on the Aggies hereTheir video predictions appear below.

2014 Texas A&M Aggies National Championship Odds: 77-1

2014 Texas A&M Aggies Offense: The Texas A&M Aggies offense won’t be as dynamic without Manziel but they could still be pretty good. It looks like the quarterback job is between sophomore Kenny Hill and true freshman Kyle Allen. The running game should be fine with Trey Williams and Tra Carson. The team will have Ricky Seals-Jones and Malcome Kennedy at receiver and they bring in true freshman Speedy Noil. The offensive line is solid with Cedric Ogbuehi, Mike Matthews and Jarvis Harrison.

2014 Texas A&M Aggies Defense: The defense will not be very good this season as they lost both defensive tackle Isaiah Golden and linebacker Darian Claiborne in the summer. The team badly needs a huge season out of defensive lineman Myles Garrett. There is nothing to get excited about at linebacker so teams should be able to run all over the Aggies this year. The only positive on the defensive side of the ball is cornerback Deshazor Everett. He can’t make all of the plays though so someone else needs to step up. The other corner spot will likely be filled by De’Vante Harris.

2014 Texas A&M Aggies Outlook: The Texas A&M Aggies offense is going to need to score a lot of points again this season because the defense is weak. The team oftentimes won high scoring games with Manziel but it may be tougher to do that without him. The team may be undervalued this season though so they could be worth taking when they are getting points.
