Sportsbook Remains Confident in Cowboys, Dez Bryant Solution by Deadline

(Gambling911.com Sports Wire) – The Dallas Cowboys had until 4 pm EST to have a long term extension worked out with star receiver Dez Bryant or else risk not losing him in training campa and potentially some games, a scenario that may have ultimately affected NFL future bettors who believe Bryant can finish the season as the league’s top receiver at 10-1 odds.

News broke around 4:30 pm EST that Bryant had indeed signed a five-year deal worth $70 million that will pay him an average of $14 million per season.  The news was revealed by league sources to ESPN's Chris Mortensen.

Sportsbook.ag continued to remain confident in a solution by the deadline, holding pat on the 10-1 odds.

Bryant posted a third-consecutive season with at least 88 catches, 1200 yards, and 12 touchdowns last season in route to finishing as the third ranked fantasy wide receiver. He led the league with a career-high 16 touchdowns, three more than Antonio Brown and Jordy Nelson.  Bryant also comes into the season as a top Fantasy prospect both in season long and Daily Fantasy Sports contests.
