The big storyline for this game on Saturday night is the status of running back Le’Veon Bell. He suffered a hyperextended knee in a win over Cincinnati on Sunday night. He took a shot from Bengals safety Reggie Nelson that was a bit of a cheap shot. Bell suffered no major damage but it still might be tough for him to play on Saturday.

"I know if there is a chance he can be out there he's going to be," quarterback Ben Roethlisberger said "because that's how he is."

The Steelers badly need Bell because their only two other running backs on the roster are rookies Dri Archer and Josh Harris. Bell has played in 32 straight games. He led the AFC with 1,361 rushing yards this season and caught 83 passes for 854 yards. He was voted as the team MVP this season.

Ravens vs. Steelers

When these two teams meet it is usually a tough, defensive struggle. That was the case when the teams played in Baltimore when the Ravens won 26-6 but it was a 43-23 win for the Steelers in Pittsburgh. "It's typical AFC North ball," Tomlin said. "We take a lot of pride in being from the North. I look forward to it. Steelers-Ravens in January. It's been a while since we had that. We're probably going to have to educate some of our young guys to what that means."
