Oklahoma State 2014 Odds – To Win National Championship, Season Wins Total

BetDSI.com has your Oklahoma State 2014 betting odds including their chances to win the National Championship (2015) and season wins total.

This is a school that is favored to win UNDER 7.5 regular season games.

2014 Oklahoma State Cowboys National Championship Odds: 88-1

2014 Oklahoma State Cowboys Offense: The Oklahoma State Cowboys offense will be led by quarterback J.W. Walsh. He should be able to lead an offense that does get Devin Davis and Brandon Garrett back on the offensive line. The running game should be very good with Desmond Roland leadin the way. He averaged 4.6 yards per carry last season and had 13 touchdowns. The team is loaded at receiver with Jhajuan Seales, Brandon Sheperd and Marcell Ateman. They also have junior college transfer Tyreek Hill.

2014 Oklahoma State Cowboys Defense: The Oklahoma State Cowboys defense was improved last year under new coordinator Glenn Spencer but they may take a step back in 2014. The team lost seven senior starters and a number of backups. The team does bring back tackle James Castleman and end Jimmy Bean while the secondary has cornerbacks Kevin Peterson and Ashton Lampkin. The problems for the team are at linebacker where they have no experience and at safety where all they have is Ryan Simmons.

2014 Oklahoma State Cowboys Outlook: The Oklahoma State Cowboys are unlikely to be as good as they were a year ago but the team still does have talent and Gundy has a system that works. And it is not like the Big 12 is as good as the SEC so the Oklahoma State Cowboys can compete. The problem is the schedule that includes a brutal opener against the defending national champs, the Florida State Seminoles.
