It should be a shootout on Monday night as the Philadelphia Eagles visit the Indianapolis Colts on ESPN. The Philadelphia Eagles are coming off a comeback win against the Jacksonville Jaguars last week while the Indianapolis Colts were beaten by the Denver Broncos. Both teams have potent offenses as the Philadelphia Eagles have Nick Foles throwing it all over the field while the Indianapolis Colts have Andrew Luck. Neither team has much of a defense so points should be plentiful on Monday night.

Here is a look at the matchup and Monday Night Football picks.

Defensive Problems for Both Teams

The Philadelphia Eagles gave up a lot of yards last week and it looked for a while like they would lose to the Jacksonville Jaguars before things turned around in the second half. The Philadelphia Eagles defense is on the field a lot because the offense doesn’t take much time to score points. The Indianapolis Colts also have defensive problems that are getting worse. They will now be without Robert Mathis for the rest of the season. The Indianapolis Colts didn’t get much pressure on Peyton Manning last week as they sacked him just once. Bjoern Werner, who is replacing Mathis, had no quarterback pressures and three tackles. "We knew we were going to be without Robert for the first four games, but this is really a devastating blow for Robert and his family and this organization," coach Chuck Pagano said. "This one stings."
