Denver Broncos Odds to Win the 2015 Super Bowl, Regular Season Win Total Betting

The Denver Broncos odds to win the 2015 Super Bowl were set at 5/1 at BetDSI.com with the OVER/UNDER regular season win total set at 11.5.  It is interesting to note that the UNDER was priced at -130.  The OVER pays $110 for every $100 bet.

BetDSI.com offered the following analysis of the Broncos offense and defense without explaining the lack of confidence oddsmakers have in this team despite being the favorite.

2014 Denver Broncos Offense: The Denver Broncos were virtually unstoppable on offense a year ago and they should be very good again this season. Peyton Manning put up fantastic numbers a year ago and even though he is nearing the end of his career he is still a great quarterback. He did lose Eric Decker but Decker was overrated anyway and Emmanuel Sanders will be even better. And Manning still has one of the best wide receivers in the game in Demaryius Thomas and a very good tight end in Julius Thomas. The team will miss Knowshon Moreno so it will be up to Montee Ball to play well. The offensive line should be improved with a healthy Ryan Clady.

2014 Denver Broncos Defense: The Denver Broncos defense did lose Champ Bailey, Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie and Shaun Phillips but they don’t figure to miss any of them. They added Aqib Talib in free agency and they picked up Bradley Roby in the NFL Draft. They also added T.J. Ward who they got from Cleveland. The team should be very good up front again with the addition of DeMarcus Ware who they got in free agency. Ware’s addition should take the pressure off of Von Miller.

It is a bit of a gamble as to whether starting running back Montee Ball will play in Week 1's game against Indianapolis on September 7.  He is sidelined with appendicitis.
