Chiefs vs. Titans Point Spread: Kansas City a -3 Favorite

The Chiefs vs. Titans point spread had visiting Kansas City as a -3 point favorite following last week’s hip injury to Titans starting quarterback Jake Locker.  He will be sidelined for the next couple of weeks.  Tennessee would have been favored had Locker been slated to start.  Both these teams are two of the biggest surprises of this young season thus far.

Ryan Fitzpatrick will start for Tennessee.  He had appeared in 55 games with the Buffalo Bills before being cut in March.  And while Fitzpatrick did not enjoy great success with the Bills, this Titans team is a much better support unit for the 30-year-old.

The Chiefs are allowing a league-low 10.3 points per game, while Tennessee ranks seventh at 17.3.
