Three weeks into the NHL season, and the coach hot seats haven't cooled or heated to a great degree either way.

Our shop is showing the same three favorites to be first coach fired as we had on October 4.

However, Don Granato has seen his odds drop from 12/1 to 8/1, and David Quinn's odds to be the first canned have gone from 16/1 to 9/1. Those two, as well as Craig Berube, D.J. Smith and Mike Sullivan round on the Top 5 in terms of odds.

The coaches (and teams) who've outperformed expectations so far are Andre Tourigny and Derek Lalonde. The Coyotes coach had 9/1 odds to be fired first before the season started (now 18/1) while Detroit's ice general has seen his odds jump from 14/1 to 25/1.
