The price of bitcoin continues to surge in recent days and that has only served to benefit the dozens of crypto casinos and sportsbooks operating today.

Sharp Rise

Bitcoin has topped $35,000 for the first time since May 2022. The price of bitcoin is up over 20% in the past five days alone.

It's more than doubled its value.

Rationale behind the sharp rise appears to be a result of the BlackRock exchange-traded fund for bitcoin appearing on a list controlled by the Depository Trust and Clearing Corp., a Nasdaq-operated clearing house for stocks and ETFs.  The company is the largest provider of ETFs in the world.

Crypto Casino Industry Thrilled

The more the price of bitcoin rises, the more interest in the cryptocurrency market overall is derived.  Likewise, operators are able to boost their existing inventory.

It's nearly impossible to determine who the top players are in the crypto-only gambling space.  The reason for this is there are just so many brands, too many brands.   Nitrobetting has been in existence for a number of years, even before bitcoin was really a thing per se.

Gambling911.com focuses heavily on BSV blockchain-based gaming sites coming onto the market due to our familiarity with their chief proponents, billionaire investor Calvin Ayre among them.

Lil Bit is one of the newer BSV casinos that just joined the fray.  They currently utilize the Relysia Wallet, Twetch Wallet and Handcash wallets.  These are easy enough to download.

The most popular Bitcoin SV exchanges are KuCoin, HTX (Huobi), OKX and gate.io. CoinSquare is another exchange available in Canada.

Coinify is an exchange for BSV available in these US states:

    Arizona
    Arkansas
    California
    Colorado
    Connecticut
    Delaware
    District of Columbia
    Idaho

A Word About Blockchain Casinos

Blockchain technology brings greater transparency, security, and accessibility to the gambling industry, not to mention anonymity.

Remember to NEVER use an exchange to send funds directly to a crypto casino.  While it is doable, we strongly advise individuals to use a wallet as an intermediary.  Transferring directly between the exchange and casino not only eliminates the anonymous component when transferring funds, the exchanges can determine where the crypto is going.

Pay Per Head Fees – How They Work

Many folks new to the world of Pay Per Heads often have questions about the fees.  The word itself usually results in negative connotations such as those useless fees charged by your bank or when on vacation at a fancy resort.
