The Cleveland Indians odds of winning the 2016 World Series were at 20-1 entering this season and now they are in waiting to see whether they will face the Dodgers or Cubs.

Heading into this year’s World Series, the Indians were at 6-5 odds.

Cleveland topped the Toronto Blue Jays to win the ALCS title. It is their first World Series appearance since 1997.

''We always said if we could do it with this group it would be so special because this is as close to a family feel as you can get in a professional setting. So for that part of it, it is beyond feeling good,'' Manager Terry Francona said.

Cleveland will be well rested for Game 1 of the World Series.

Chris Paddack Player Prop Bets

Paddack recorded 10 strikeouts over seven shutout innings on Monday in a win over the White Sox. Prior to that start, Paddack was obliterated by the Orioles, allowing nine runs on 12 hits in 5 1/3 innings.

Zach Eflin Player Prop Bets

Zach Eflin has great value in fantasy leagues for the April 26 game against the lowly Chicago White Sox.  Betting on Eflin and the Tampa Bay Rays might make sense if not for the -210 price tag.

Trevor Williams Player Prop Bets

The Nats Trevor Williams held the Astros to one run with four strikeouts across six innings in a no-decision on Saturday.  And the betting public was eating him up at a near 80% clip.
