Good news if you live in most South American countries.  Paddy Power only prohibits those living in Guyana.

As far as North America, Paddy Power is currently not available to those living in any state despite the US Supreme Court ruling to abolish decades of prohibition.  Paddy Power is available to those living in Canada.

Access to Paddy Power is readily available throughout the Asian continent, just not in China, Singapore, Israel or Turkey, countries that have their fair share of gamers.

The Paddy Power website is also restricted in South Africa, New Zealand and Australia.
