Creighton is a -1.5 favorite versus SDSU in the Elite Eight of the 2023 NCAA Tournament.

The team has somehow found a way to advance this far in the tournament for only the second time.  And you'd have to go all the way back to 1941 for when it last happened.

The Blue Jays silenced Cinderella team Princeton Friday night with a statement win of 86-75.

Ryan Kalkbrenner dropped 22 points, Baylor Scheierman added 21 points on 5-of-7 3-point shooting and Creighton shot 58.2 percent.

"It's been amazing, you know, it's been a dream come true," said Scheierman, in his first season with Baylor after transferring from South Dakota State. "This is why I came to Creighton in the first place, to make a run with this group of guys. It's just been an incredible experience and I'm looking forward to continuing that on Sunday."

They will face an SDSU team that eliminated No. 1 seed Alabama Friday night.

San Diego State's Darrion Trammell had a game-high 21 points.
