Pepsi, which sponsors this year's Super Bowl Halftime Show, says this “could be the greatest 12 minutes of music entertainment the world has ever seen.”

WHATEVER!!!!

These shows tend to be overproduced and overhyped and, dare we say, cheesy. Nevertheless, it will be nice to see all this talent on one stage.  And perhaps this year will be different.

“The opportunity to perform at the Super Bowl, and to do it in my own backyard, will be one of the biggest thrills of my career,” Dr Dre, said in an NFL release referring to his home city of LA where Super Bowl 56 takes place.

Snoop Dogg offered up a preview: "Me, Dr. Dre, Eminem, had a light discussion about what we trying to do. It's about to go full speed ahead It's gonna be one of the greatest Super Bowl halftime shows that you ever witnessed. Dr. Dre is on it, he's putting his time together with the specifics and the dynamics of what we're doing."
