There are a number of online racebooks accessible from Washington State.  BetOnline offers a generous welcome bonus ($1000 max bonus) and 7% back on horse losses.

The US Supreme Court in May 2018 made sports betting legal nationwide but individual states would have to amend their own laws in some cases.  Nearly half have, including Washington.
