  • May 8 - Cristian Javier (3-0, 1.75) - Cristian Javier surrendered three runs on four hits over five innings on Sunday in a no-decision against the Rays.  Javier carried an impressive 17-inning scoreless streak into this one.  He has been outstanding since rejoining the Astros.
  • May 9 - Zack Greinke (2-1, 3.76) - Zack Greinke lasted just four innings Tuesday versus the Yankees, getting charged with three runs in a no-decision.  He previously allowed four runs on four hits and two walks with five strikeouts over four innings on Wednesday in a no-decision against the Mariners.  Greinke is hot for a win Sunday.
  • May 10 - Luis Garcia (0-3, 3.28) - Luis Garcia allowed three runs in 4 2/3 innings Wednesday in a no-decision against the Yankees.  Garcia surrendered two runs over 5 2/3 innings in a loss to the Rockies previous to this game.  Garcia is pitching decent but is yet to get the win this season, making the Astros a hot option for a win Monday.
