A Great View may be a great bet Thursday in the Punchestown 18:05 as he is set at 7/1 odds and was seeing the most action.

To date, he has won two hurdle races and a chase at 2m on soft and heavy ground.

Glenloe at 5/1 odds was the favorite and seeing right around the same amount of betting activity as that race nears.

Sporting Life Preview

Minella Awards took this a year ago but has only raced once subsequently and is 8lb higher, though he wouldn't have been sent from the UK without some optimism. Jammin Masters is another traveller who is likely to attract attention on his hat-trick bid as he overcame a bad mistake when making all at Wincanton. Willie Mullins and Gordon Elliott have nine runners between them. The former may be best served by Ainsi Va La Vie, who has been finding graded company too much to handle since an easy maiden victory at Thurles in November and comes here relatively fresh. Elliott's best chances appears to lie with GLENLOE and Folsom Blue and though the latter, who has been going well over fences and is 16lb lower back over timber, is greatly respected it's the former who gets the nod to go one better than his nose defeat by stable companion Delta Work in the Pertemps Final at Cheltenham.
