Odds to Win the 2010 Masters

Odds to win the 2010 Masters were available from SportsInteraction.com (see website here).  They included odds without Tiger Woods, however, Tiger presented great value with 4/1 odds (as Gambling911.com reported earlier).

Phil Mickelson enjoyed the next shortest odds and would pay out $1100 for every $100 bet or $110 for every $10 bet.

Early-round tournament groupings with Tiger Woods are rare for Phil Mickelson, but Lefty would welcome that scenario if it happened in two weeks at the Masters.

"I think it would be great," Mickelson said Thursday of the possibility of playing in the same threesome during Woods' much-anticipated return to golf. "The [PGA] Tour hasn't paired us together since ... since I've been out on tour. It's never happened before. But I think it'd be great. I'd love it."

Ernie Els odds to win the 2010 Masters were at +1200.

The 40-year-old South African star won the biggest Masters tuneups last month at Doral and Bay Hill, but could not keep thoughts of Augusta from creeping into his mind even on the final hole two weeks ago.

"It's always in my head this time of the year. You try and downplay it, but you do think about it," Els said.

"On the 72nd hole, I was just trying to imagine that I had to hit this shot at Augusta. There are a lot of little games you play with yourself. Especially this time of year, you always think about it."

Els won the 2002 British Open and 1994 and 1997 US Open crowns and twice finished second at the Masters, one stroke behind Phil Mickelson in 2004 and three behind Fiji's Vijay Singh in 2000.

"I haven't had a good Masters since 2004. I would like to have a good one this year. The older you get, the tougher it becomes to win," Els said.

"I've got a lot more hope than maybe I had in the past couple of years. I'm 40 and it feels like I'm in my 20s. I had so many chances and I didn't quite take them."

Padraig Harrington, who stung the British bookmakers with two consecutive British Open wins, was listed with +1600 odds.  Other odds to win the 2010 Masters appear below.  You can find a whole list at SportsInteraction.com here
