Conservative Hollywood actor and professional poker player James Woods cannot access his Twitter company after the social media firm locked him out until he opts to remove a meme he posted back in July that has since proven to be a hoax.

Woods, who has gotten into loggerheads with Twitter in the past, says he will not remove the meme.

According to the news agency, Woods received an email from the company on Thursday stating that the tweet in question “has the potential to be misleading in a way that could impact an election.”

Woods currently has over 17 million followers.

Along with Mike "The Mouth" Matusow, Woods is among the most outspoken critics of Democrats and strongest supporter of U.S. President Donald Trump in the poker community.
