Can I Play on PokerStars From Utah, New Mexico?

None of these states operate online poker rooms within their borders at this time. Utah does not allow any form of gambling business to operate from within the state. This includes a state lottery. Not all online poker sites are accessible from the state either.
New Mexico just opened its first sportsbook but does not offer online poker from the state.
