Western Washington bookmakers were in pain during the 2018 College Football season and that carried right on into the 2019 College Basketball season with Gonzaga.  The sports betting scene here is exploding following the U.S. Supreme Court decision that paved the way for legalization nationwide.

As of March 9 Spokane and Western Washington State bookies do desperately need a Pay Per Head service.  With two losses Straight Up, the Zags were ten games above the .500 mark Against The Spread.  Use of a Pay Per Head platform in this region will reduce losses but profits will definitely be hard to come by in this region until March Madness has concluded.  Bookies should rely heavily on live in-play wagering, props and futures (providing Gonzaga does not win the Championship). Gonzaga had the second shortest odds of winning the big one this year. The region is coming off a College Football season where the Washington State Cougars covered the spread in all but two games.  If you are a sports bettor looking to simply bet online, check out Gambling911.com's Sportsbook Reviews page
