The track is sloppy for the Pegasus World Cup with flooding throughout the region as of 5:30 pm EST.   Get your mudder bets in here now

Rainy weather is expected to continue through the weekend.  Here is Miami it had begun raining Thursday afternoon.  Showers will be off-and-on, so there was no real way of timing whether they would occur at the time of this race.

Gunnevera at 8-1 odds failed miserably in the mud of last year's Kentucky Derby.

Audible, on the other hand, finished a strong 3rd on that sloppy Kentucky Derby track.  Audible is at 10-1 odds.

Another solid performer in the mud at the Kentucky Derby was Bravazo (12-1) finishing in 6th place.

Stronach Stable's Something Awesome rallied from off a contested early pace to score a narrow victory in the $250,000 General George (G3) at Laurel Park.  That track was especially sloppy.
